Research on the Construction of Employment Information Network System in Big Data Era

利用互联网技术所带来的高效快捷性,结合大数据的相关技术,构建高校就业信息网络体系,能够促进高校毕业生的快速就业。在借鉴国内外高校就业指导经验的基础上,分析高校就业数据在采集、分析和处理过程中的关键问题,探索高校就业信息网络体系建设的过程,以期大数据在毕业生的就业过程中能够提供更加精准化、个性化的指导服务。

Using the high efficiency and rapidity brought by Internet technology,combining with the related technology of big data,the construction of university employment information network system can promote the rapid employment of University graduates.Based on the experience of employment guidance in colleges and universities at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the key problems in the process of collection,analysis and processing of employment data in colleges and universities,and explores the process of construction of employment information network system in colleges and universities,with a view to providing more precise and personalized guidance services in the process of employment of graduates with big data.
