民办高校实训基地建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of Training Bases in Private Colleges and Universities

民办高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在向社会输送高质量人才中扮演着重要角色。实习实训教学是民办高校的办学特色所在,实训基地的建设水平关系到实践型人才培养的质量。以学生实践能力的培养为视角,通过对民办高校实训基地建设存在的问题分析,提出深化校企合作、加快实训教师队伍的建设、健全实训基地管理机制等建议,旨在提升民办高校实训教学质量。

As an important part of higher education in China,private colleges play an important role in conveying high-quality talents to the society.Internship training is the characteristic of running a private college.The construction level of the training base is directly related to the quality of practical talent training.From the perspective of the cultivation of students’practical ability,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of training bases in private universities,and proposes ways to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,speed up the construction of training teachers,and improve the management mechanism of training bases.The quality of practical training in private colleges and universities.
