随着我国经济步入高质量发展阶段,高速增长的新媒体产业也蕴含高质量发展的强烈诉求。我国新媒体产业高质量发展既面临非常有利的外部环境,也存在诸多问题。为此,一是要系统优化政策环境,突破新媒体产业高质量发展的瓶颈制约;二是要培育特色产业集群,完善新媒体产业高质量发展的产业体系。
