近年来,我国的机构投资者队伍发展迅猛,数量、种类和规模增速明显,已逐步成为我国证券市场中主要的参与者。机构投资者在公司治理中的角色和影响也成为研究的热点。对机构投资者的相关文献进行了梳理,以期为改善投资者结构、推动机构投资者的发展提供思路。

In recent years,the team of institutional investors in China has developed rapidly,and the number,type and scale of institutional investors have increased significantly.They have gradually become the main participants in China’s securities market.Under the guidance of vigorously developing the strategy of institutional investors in China,institutional investors have gradually become the dominant market.It is of great significance to study the equity preferences of institutional investors.The role and influence of institutional investors in corporate governance has also become a research hotspot.This paper combs the relevant literature of institutional investors in order to provide some ideas for improving the structure of investors and promoting the development of institutional investors.
