独立学院创业人才培养路径研究——以广东海洋大学寸金学院为例

Study on the Training Path of Entrepreneurial Talents——Taking Guangdong Ocean University Cunjin College as an Example

当下中国大学毕业生数量增加,大学生就业困难加剧,使得我国政府和各大高校积极倡导大学生自主创业。独立学院作为新兴的民办高等学校,目前在人才培养上存在诸多问题。广东海洋大学寸金学院作为一所独立学院,从创业教育理念、创业人才培养模式、创业教育课程体系、教学方法和考核方式、创业实践活动等方面,着力培养创业人才。

In China,the number of university graduates has increased,and the employment difficulties of college students have intensified,making the Chinese government and major universities actively advocate the self-employment of college students.As an emerging private higher education institution,the independent college has many problems in talent training.As an independent college,Guangdong Ocean University is an independent college,based on the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents,from the concept of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial talent training model,entrepreneurship education curriculum system.We will focus on cultivating entrepreneurial talents by reforming teaching methods and assessment methods,and strengthening entrepreneurial practice activities.
