基于校企合作的大学生创新创业教育实践研究

改革开放以来,社会得到了很大的发展,人才需求由"人才紧缺"到"优化剩余",出现了大学生就业难的局面。校企合作应运而生,即采用学校和企业合作的方式,按社会需求帮助、引导学生优化专业选择,实现"人才对口"培养,注重人才对专业的"实用性"与"时效性",从而提升学校的办学质量,为企业提供对口人才。学生在专业实践中,有企业作后盾,能够及时发现问题,并在学校的帮助下解决问题,从而得到创新发展,实现学校对大学生创新创业的教育实践。

Since the reform and opening up in the new era,the society has been greatly developed.The demand for talents has changed from“talent shortage”to“optimization of surplus”,and there has been a situation in which college students are“employed”.School-enterprise cooperation came into being at this time,that is,using the cooperation between schools and enterprises,helping and guiding students to optimize professional needs according to social needs,realizing the training of“talent-to-mouth”and paying attention to the“practicality”of talents to the profession.Timeliness,thus improving the quality of school running,providing counterparts for enterprises,improving the connection between college students and enterprises,and benefiting students’entrepreneurial education.In professional practice,students are backed by enterprises,able to find problems in time,and solve problems with the help of the school,so as to get innovative development and realize the school’s educational practice of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship.
