Analysis on the Present Situation of Effective Patent in HuiBei Province

对2018年湖北省内企业有效专利的研发、运用和保护方面的数据分析,得出湖北省企业专利研发投入逐渐增大、转化运用有待加强、对专利保护维权有较高要求,建议加大产学研合作,强化专利保护。

Through the analysis of the data on the application and protection of effective patent in Hubei province,which participated in the patent investigation2018,it is concluded that the investigation of patent research and development in our province is increasing gradually,the transformation and application need to be strengthened,and the protection of patent rights is higher.It is proposed to increase cooperation between industry,education and research and strengthen patent protection.
