大数据在大学生创新培养中的价值与应用

The Value and Application of Big Data in College Students' Innovation Training

创新型人才的培养对于我国实现创新驱动战略意义重大,而高校是创新型人才培养的重要一环。大数据在很多领域都带来了思维方式的变革,展示了大数据强大的价值。高校信息化建设积累的的大量数据为开展创新人才培养提供了数据驱动,大数据摒弃因果关系、仅关注相关性的特点让创新培养研究思路更清晰。大数据在创新培养中价值体现在可以制定根植于客观的教育政策、有利于实施个性化培养方案以及明确教学内容。提出了应用的基本方案,但与此同时,大数据的管理分割、标准多样,数据的安全,技术等问题也影响着实际的应用。

The cultivation of innovative talents is of great significance to the realization of innovation-driven strategy in China,and colleges and universities are also an important part of the cultivation of innovative talents.Big data has greatly changed the way of thinking in many areas,meanwhile showing the powerful value.A large amount of data accumulated in the information construction of colleges and universities provides data driving for developing innovative talents.Big data’sCharacteristic of abandoning causality and focusing only on relevance make innovation training research easier and clearer.The value of big data in innovative training lies in the formulation of objective education policies,the implementation of personalized training programs,and the clarification of teaching content.This paper puts forward the basic scheme of application,but at the same time,the management and segmentation of large data,the diversity of standards,data security,technology and other issues also affect the actual application.
