激励理论在高职管理类沙盘实训课中的应用

摘要 激励理论广泛应用于提升企业员工工作积极性,该理论同样也适用于提升学生学习积极性。在对激励理论进行归纳的基础上,探讨了沙盘实训课程引入激励理论的必要性,并分别就内容型激励理论、过程型激励理论和行为改造型激励理论在沙盘实训课中的应用进行了详细分析,最后提出沙盘实训课的实施对策。 Motivation theory is widely used to enhance the work enthusiasm of enterprise employees.This theory also applies to the improvement of students’learning enthusiasm.Based on the induction of motivation theory,this paper discusses the necessity of introducing motivation theory into sand table training course,and analyzes the application of content motivation theory,process motivation theory and behavior modification motivation theory in sand table training course in detail.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of the practical training course.
