高校机构知识组织与管理模式探究

高校不同于一般的组织机构,其大部分实践活动,本身就是在课堂上或实验室围绕知识的学习、共享、传播、创新而展开。所以,高校内知识的活动过程,除了遵循隐性知识社会化、显性化、组合化、内部化这一运动规律外,还有其自身的组织与运动特征。针对学校知识资产的存在形态与管理目标,结合信息系统分析与设计、文档一体化管理、关系数据库系统等原理,高校机构内知识资源综合管理平台的结构设计,整体上应该包括系统用户管理、各职能部门应用子系统管理、知识档案资源数据库管理、知识库增值服务管理等四大管理模块。

Colleges and universities are different from ordinary organization,and most of their practical activities are carried out in the classroom or laboratory around the learning,sharing,dissemination and innovation of knowledge.Therefore,the process of knowledge activities in colleges and universities not only follows the rules of tacit knowledge socialization,explicitness,combination and internalization,but also has its own characteristics of organization and movement.In the light of the existence form of knowledge assets and management goal,combined with the integration of information system analysis and design,document management,a relational database system,the principle of university organization knowledge resources integrated management platform structural design,the overall application should include the system user management,department management subsystem,knowledge archives resources database management,value-added service management and so on four big knowledge base management module.
