摘要
目的观察干预对先天性甲状腺功能减退症(先天性甲低)儿童治疗效果。方法选取阳春地区2017年6~8月新生儿疾病筛查发现先天性甲低患儿62例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各31例,对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗及饮食指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施干预,持续干预1年后比较两组患儿体格发育情况、智力发育情况和心理运动发育情况。结果两组患儿的身高、体重比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),头围比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患儿的大运动、精细运动、适应能力、语言、社交行为比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿第6、12个月末的运动发育评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论实施干预能够促进先天性甲低儿童的头围生长,提高其运动、语言能力,改善心理运动发育状况。
Objective To observe the curative effect of intervention on children with congenital hypothyroidism.Methods 62 children with congenital hypothyroidism found in neonatal disease screening in Yangchun area from June 2017 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.Children in the control group were given conventional medication and diet guidance while children in the observation group were given the intervention on the basis of the control group.After one year of continuous intervention,physical development,intelligence development and psychomotor development of children in two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in height and weight between the two groups(P>0.05),and the difference in head circumference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in gross motor,fine motor,adaptability,language and social behavior of children in two groups(P<0.05).The motor development scores at the end of the 6th month and the 12th month in the observation group were both higher than those of the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention can promote the growth of head circumference,improve the motor and language abilities and improve the mental and motor development of children with congenital hypothyroidism.
