快速康复理念在腰椎间盘突出症微创手术患者中的应用研究

Research on application of rapid rehabilitation concept in patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing minimally invasive surgery

目的探讨快速康复理念在腰椎间盘突出症微创手术患者中的应用。方法随机选择2013年1月～2018年1月在本院行腰椎间盘突出症微创手术的患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予快速康复理念护理,对照组给予常规护理模式。观察两组患者的术后恢复、并发症情况以及满意度。结果观察组的进食时间、下床活动时间以及住院的时间与对照组相比,均较短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组并发症的发生较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组满意率(97.14%)高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论快速康复护理理念在腰椎间盘突出症微创手术患者中的应用效果较好,可显著降低并发症的发生,促进患者的恢复,患者满意度较高,在临床上可广泛使用。

Objective To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation concept in patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods One hundred and forty patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 were randomly selected and they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given nursing of rapid rehabilitation concept while the control group was given conventional nursing mode.The postoperative recovery,complications and satisfaction degree of two groups were observed.Results The eating time,out of bed activity time and the hospitalization stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications of the observation group were fewer than the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than that of the control group(80.0%)and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing minimally invasive surgery has a better effect.It can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the recovery of the patients.Satisfaction degree of patients is higher.Therefore,it can be widely used in clinical practice.
