护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者下肢静脉血栓形成的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis formation in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者下肢静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选取2017年1月～2018年3月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,其中对照组给予常规护理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上给予干预护理,对比分析两组患者下肢深静脉血栓及不良发生率的情况。结果两组患者在下肢深静脉血栓发生率、不良反应发生率以及护理满意度的对比中,观察组的数据明显优于对照组数据,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.281、4.732、6.934,P <0.05)。结论综合预见性护理干预工作可以在一定程度上减少急性心肌梗死患者出现下肢深静脉血栓、不良反应的现象,使患者的生活质量提高,值得广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis formation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing while the observation group was given intervention nursing on the basis of the control group.Occurrence rates of deep venous thrombosis formation and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Data of occurrence rate of deep venous thrombosis formation,occurrence rate of adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group were significantly better than data in the control group.There were significant difference in data of two groups and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.281,4.732,6.934,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive predictive nursing intervention can reduce the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis formation and adverse reactions in patients with acute myocardial infarction to a certain extent.It improves the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of wide application.
