阿尔茨海默病照料者的心理状况及护理干预效果观察

Observation on psychological status and nursing intervention effect of caregivers of Alzheimer's disease

目的研究阿尔茨海默病照料者的心理状况以及护理干预效果。方法选择我院2016年1月～2017年1月就诊的86例阿尔茨海默病照料者作为研究对象,观察其心理状况以及护理干预效果。结果经过观察照料者心理状况以及护理干预效果看出,干预前后照料者在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、恐怖以及精神病方面均无统计学意义(t=0.452,0.519,0.245,0.324,0.617,P> 0.05),而干预后抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执以及总分较干预前改善(t=3.733,2.454,1.986,1.995,5.671,P <0.05);照料者经过干预后SAS以及SDS评分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=6.376,5.545,P <0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病照料者可能存在不同心理问题,采取有效护理干预后,可明显改善其不良情绪。

Objective To study psychological status and nursing intervention effect of caregivers of Alzheimer's disease.Methods 86 caregivers of Alzheimer's disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects.Psychological status and nursing intervention effect were observed.Results After observing psychological status and nursing intervention effect,there were no significant differences in somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationships,terror,and mental illness before and after the intervention among caregivers(t=0.452,0.519,0.245,0.324,0.617,P>0.05).Depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia,a nd total score after intervention were improved compared with those before intervention(t=3.733,2.454,1.986,1.995,5.671,P<0.05).SAS score and SDS score after intervention of caregivers were lower than those before intervention.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.376,5.545,P<0.05).Conclusion Caregivers of Alzheimer's disease may have different psychological problems.After effective nursing interventions,they can significantly improve their negative emotions.
