牙周护理干预对牙周病患者牙菌斑控制及牙龈指数的影响

Effect of periodontal care intervention on dental plaque control and gingival index in patients with periodontal diseases

目的探讨牙周病患者应用牙周护理干预对牙菌斑控制情况及牙龈指数的影响。方法选择2017年6月～2018年6月我院收治的68例牙周病患者为试验对象,随机分为对照组33例(常规牙周病治疗)与观察组35例(常规牙周病治疗联合牙周护理干预)。比较两组患者的菌斑指数、牙周袋探诊深度、牙龈指数、牙龈出血指数及对牙周疾病的正确认识率。结果观察组护理干预后的菌斑指数、牙周袋探诊深度、牙龈指数及牙龈出血指数明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者对牙周疾病的正确认识率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论牙周护理干预能够明显改善牙周病患者的菌斑控制情况及牙龈指数,增强患者对牙周病治疗的依从性,提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,值得在牙周病护理中应用。

Objective To explore the effect of periodontal care intervention on dental plaque control and gingival index in patients with periodontal diseases.Methods Sixty-eight patients with periodontal diseases who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(routine treatment for periodontal diseases)with 33 cases and the observation group(routine treatment for periodontal diseases combined with periodontal care intervention)with 35 cases.Plaque index,periodontal pocket probing depth,gingival index,gingival bleeding index and correct recognition rate of periodontal disease of patients in two groups were compared.Results Plaque index,periodontal pocket probing depth,gingival index and gingival bleeding index after care intervention in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Correct recognition rate of periodontal disease of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal care intervention can significantly improve dental plaque control and gingival index of n patients with periodontal diseases,enhance the compliance of patients with periodontal disease treatment and improve the satisfaction degree of patients with care services,which is worthy of application in cared of periodontal disease.
