经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切和前列腺电切治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效及安全性对照

Comparison of curative effect and safety of transurethal plasmakinetic resection of prostate and electroresection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的对比经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切和前列腺电切治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法选取2015年1月～2018年1月于我院接受治疗的158例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,运用抽签方法分组,79例/组。给予对照组前列腺电切术治疗,给予观察组经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗,对两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果两组患者的手术时间、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义,但观察组患者的术中出血量、术后膀胱冲洗时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者术后的并发症发生率为6.33%明显低于对照组的20.25%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后,观察组患者的IPSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在良性前列腺增生的临床治疗上,相对于前列腺电切术,经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术的出血量更少、治疗安全性更高,更值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective To compare the curative effect and safety of transurethal plasmakinetic resection of prostate and electroresection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 158 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as research objects and they were divid into two groups according to lot method,with 79 in each group.The control group was treated with electroresection of the prostate while the observation group was treated with transurethal plasmakinetic resection of prostate.The clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time and hospitalization stay between the two groups.However,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative bladder irrigation time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 6.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 20.25%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IPSS score after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Of clinical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,transurethal plasmakinetic resection of prostate has less bleeding loss and higher safety of treatment compared with electroresection of the prostate.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
