微创手术配合补肾中成药治疗踝关节退行性骨关节病的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of minimally invasive surgery combined with kidney tonic chinese traditional medicine in treatment of ankle joint degenerative osteoarthropathy

目的观察微创手术配合补肾中成药治疗踝关节退行性骨关节病的疗效。方法选取100例踝关节退行性患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组采取微创手术配合补肾中成药治疗,对照组采用常规保守治疗配合补肾中成药治疗。随访时间为1年,观察两组患者治疗前后Mazur、VAS及Tegner评分。结果两组治疗后Mazur评分增加、VAS评分减少及Tegner评分增加,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组在Mazur及Tegner评分方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);而VAS评分方面两组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论微创手术配合补肾中成药治疗踝关节退行性骨关节病患者具有较好的功能疗效及改善患者的运动能力。

Objective To observe the curative effect of minimally invasive surgery combined with kidney tonic Chinese traditional medicine in treatment of ankle joint degenerative osteoarthropathy.Methods One hundred patients with ankle joint deTgenerative osteoarthropathy were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given minimally invasive surgery combined with kidney tonic Chinese traditional medicine while the control group was given conventional conservative treatment combined with kidney tonic Chinese traditional medicine.The follow-up time was 1 year.Scores of Mazur,VAS and Tegner before and after treatment of patients in two groups were observed.Results After treatment,Mazur score increased,VAS score decreased and Tegner score increased in two groups.The difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,Mazur and Tegner scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery combined with kidney tonic Chinese traditional medicine in treatment of ankle joint degenerative osteoarthropathy has better functional curative effect and it can improve athletic ability of patients.
