引导组织再生生物膜应用于拔牙术后牙槽骨缺损修复的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨引导组织再生生物膜应用于拔牙术后牙槽骨缺损修复的临床反应状况。方法选取2016年3月~2017年3月我院收治的拔牙术后牙槽骨缺损患者52例,将其随机分成两组,研究组26例,对照组26例。对照组患者采用传统拔牙创组织修复愈合,研究组患者采用引导组织再生生物膜修复手术进行治疗,观察两组患者牙槽高度以及牙龈厚度的变化情况。结果治疗后研究组患者牙周指数的改善情况显著好于对照组(P <0.05);研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论引导组织再生生物膜应用于拔牙术后牙槽骨缺损修复的疗效明显优于对照组的常规生物膜修复,值得在临床中广泛运用和推广。 Objective To explore clinical reaction of guided tissue regeneration membrane in application of defect repair of alveolar bone after tooth extraction.Methods Fifty-two patients with defect of alveolar bone after tooth extraction who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 who had alveolar bone defects after tooth extraction were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 26 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given traditional repair and healing of tooth extraction wound tissue while patients in the study group were treated with repair of guided tissue regeneration membrane.Changes of the alveolar height and gingival thickness of patients in two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the improvement of periodontal index in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of guided tissue regeneration membrane in defect repair of alveolar bone after tooth extraction is significantly better than the routine biofilm repair,which is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
