北美海篷子对重金属的富集研究

摘要 北美海篷子是喜盐、耐盐性强的植物,具有富集重金属的潜在作用。以广东中山地区菜园土壤为基础,添加不同含量的铅、铜、锌重金属得到栽培实验用土壤,北美海篷子栽种一季之后收割。所得土壤样品和北美海篷子植物根部、茎叶部样品,分别检测其铅铜锌含量。结果显示:在种植一季北美海篷子后实验土壤的铅、铜、锌重金属含量分别平均减少了30.61%、18.11%、36.35%;北美海篷子对铅、铜、锌的平均转移系数(TF)分别为0.64、0.57、0.74,均大于0.5,说明北美海篷子对土壤中三种重金属均有一定程度的富集作用,由高到低排序是Zn>Pb>Cu;但是对铅、铜两种重金属的生物富集系数(BF)均小于0.5,而对重金属锌元素BF的最高实验值为0.69,说明北美海篷子是富集重金属锌的植物,而不是富集重金属铅、铜的植物。 Salicornia Bigelovii Torr is a salt-loving and salt-tolerant plant,which has the potential role of accumulating heavy metals.Based on the vegetable soils of Zhongshan area,the experimental soils were obtained by adding different contents of lead,copper and zinc.Salicornia Bigelovii Torr was cultivated by one crop a year.The contents of lead,copper and zinc in the soil samples,the roots,the stems and leaves of the plants were determined respectively.The results showed that the contents of lead,copper and zinc in the experimental soil decreased by 30.61%,18.11%and 36.35%respectively.The average transfer coefficients(TF)of lead,copper and zinc were 0.64,0.57 and 0.74,respectively,which all were greater than 0.5,indicating that Salicornia Bigelovii Torr had a certain extent accumulation of lead,copper and zinc,in the order of Zn>Pb>Cu.On the other side,the bioaccumulation coefficient(BF)of lead and copper were less than 0.5,the maximum experimental value of BF of zinc is 0.69,these indicated that tSalicornia Bigelovii Torr is a zincenriched plant,not a lead and copper-enriched plant.
