黔产天麻挥发性化学成分的GC-MS分析

Analysis of the Volatile Components in Gastrodia elata Bl.of Guizhou by GC-MS

为了研究黔产天麻中的挥发性化学成分,通过超临界CO_2的方法提取天麻中挥发性化学成分,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用的技术对提取所得的黔产天麻挥发性化学成分进行分析研究,结果表明:从黔产天麻中分离并鉴定出30种挥发性化学成分,其中包含醇类、酯类,以及有机酸类等。

To analyze the volatile components in Gastrodia elata Bl.of Guizhou,the essential oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction,and the volatele chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS.Finally,the 30 compounds were identified from Gastrodia elata Bl.,mainly including alcohols,esters,and organic acids.
