铁离子荧光试剂的合成及识别研究

摘要 以2-甲基吲哚为原料,通过亲电取代反应、亲核取代反应,以及1,3-偶极环加成反应,合成化合物2-甲基-3-对氰基苄基-N-[4-(4-二缩三乙二醇单甲醚基-1,2,3-三氮唑基)丁基]吲哚2,并对其阳离子选择性进行了探讨,发现该化合物对铁离子有选择性识别。 In this paper,2-methylindole was used as raw material to synthesize compound 2-methyl-3-p-cyanobenzyl by electrophilic substitution reaction,nucleophilic substitution reaction and 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction.-N-[4-(4-Diethylene glycol monomethyl ether-1,2,3-triazolyl)butyl]oxime 2,and its cation selectivity was investigated and found Compounds are selectively identified for iron ions.
