摘要
通过对气-液旋流分离器结构的认识来验证旋流器分离原理的正确性;对旋流器分离原理的研究发现密度大的液体从底部流出,密度小的从顶端流出;得出了三种旋流分离理论,分别为沉降分离理论,平衡轨道理论,边界层理论等;以及流体拟颗粒模型在气液旋流分离器中的应用;这对进一步优化气-液旋流装置的结构和性能具有重要的理论指导意义。
In this paper,the correctness of the cyclone separation principle is verified by the understanding of the structure of the gas-liquid cyclone separator.The study of the cyclone separation principle shows that the dense liquid flows out from the bottom and the density is small and flows out from the top;Three kinds of cyclone separation theories,namely,settlement separation theory,equilibrium orbit theory,boundary layer theory;the study of the velocity,and the application of the fluid pseudo-particle model model in the gas-liquid cyclone separator;this has important theoretical guiding significance for further optimizing the structure and performance of the gas-liquid cyclone device.
