天铁2800m^3高炉炉缸大凉处理实践

摘要 天铁集团炼铁厂2 800m^3高炉因设备故障造成其长时间无计划休风,加之炉缸内死铁层存有大量未清理的残铁,导致炉缸大凉,炉况恢复困难。通过优选开炉用炉料、合理设置送风风口和风压风量、加强炉前铁口的处理、稳定炉内操作、加强设备巡检等手段,减少了炉况的大幅波动,使高炉炉况恢复正常。 The 2 800 m^3 blast furnace of Iron Making Plant of Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd.caused long time unplanned windbreak due to equipment failure.In addition,there is a large amount of uncleaned iron residue in the dead iron layer of the hearth,which leads to the deep cooling of the hearth and the difficulty of furnace condition recovery.By optimizing the selection of charging materials,reasonably setting the air outlet and air pressure,strengthening the treatment of the iron opening in front of the furnace,stabilizing the operation in the furnace,strengthening the equipment inspection and so on,the large fluctuation of the furnace condition is reduced and the blast furnace condition is restored to normal.
