摘要 分析了天铁2800m^3高炉炉缸烧穿事故的原因,指出炉缸部位温度检测点设置偏少、炉缸炉底砖缝过大、炉内碳砖质量指标偏低、操作人员对高炉炉缸和冷却设备巡查不够是出现事故的主要原因。提出了从设计、选材、施工、生产操作及维护、管理等方面的改进措施,以期达到高炉长寿的预期目标。 This paper analyzes the causes of the burning through accident in the hearth of 2 800 m^3 blast furnace in Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd.,points out that the temperature detection points in the hearth part are less,the bottom brick joint is too large,the quality index of the carbon brick in the furnace is low,and insufficient inspection of blast furnace hearth and cooling equipment by operators are the main causes of the accident.Tlie improvement measures of design,material selection,construction,production operation maintenance,and management are put forward in order to achieve the expected goal of long life of blast furnace.
