提高烧结矿质量的措施

Measures of Improving Sinter Quality

分析了影响天铁冶金集团炼铁厂烧结矿质量的因素。提出了提高烧结矿质量的措施,包括改善和优化入烧原料结构、适度提高烧结矿的碱度、采用自动配料技术、低温点火、强力造球以及改善设备性能等。实施后,烧结矿合格率达到95.23%,烧结矿质量明显提高。

The factors affecting the sinter quality of Iron Making Plant of Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd.are analyzed.The measures to improve the quality of sinter are put forward,including improving and optimizing the raw material structure of sinter,increasing the basicity of sinter moderately,adopting automatic proportioning technology,igniting at low temperature,making ball with strength and improving the performance of equipment,etc.After implementation,the qualified rate of sinter reaches 95.23%and the quality of sinter is improved obviously.
