摘要
天津天铁炼焦化工有限公司回收车间存在焦油氨水分离不充分,含焦油超标,换热器易堵塞等问题。为进一步降低氨水含油量,对剩余氨水槽进行二次除油改造。将剩余氨水槽仿照焦油氨水分离槽的结构进行改造,使两座剩余氨水槽既可以并联也可串联使用,增加了内锥除油装置,增加了内锥与环形槽压力平衡联通管道。改造后,单槽除油率达到41.1%,除焦油效果明显,达到了预期效果。
There are problems of insufficient separation of tar and ammonia water,the tar content exceeds the standard,and the heat exchanger is easy to jam in the recovery workshop of Tianjin Tiantie Coking Chemical Co.,Ltd.,and so on.In order to further reduce the tar content in ammonia water,secondary deoiling was carried out in the residual ammonia tank.The residual ammonia tank is modified according to the structure of the tar ammonia water separation tank.The two residual ammonia tanks can be used in parallel or in series,the internal cone deoiling device is added,and the pressure balance connection pipe between the inner cone and the annular groove is added.After revamping,the oil removal rate of single tank is 41.1%,the tar removal effect is obviously raised,and the expected effect is achieved.
