天铁炼铁烧区上料系统存在较大的工艺缺陷。料场的堆贮能力明显不足,上料系统生产管理、系统操作、设备维护工作中经常会暴露出一系列问题,严重制约烧结矿产质量的提高和烧结各项技术经济指标的进一步改善。通过建设第二料场和直拨料系统,解决了上述问题,节能效果显著。

There is a great technological defect in the feeding system of sintering area in Iron Making Plant of Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd.The storage capacity of the material yard is obviously insufficient,and a series of problems are often exposed in the production management,system operation and equipment maintenance of the feeding system,which seriously restrict the improvement of the quality of sinter minerals and the further improvement of various technical and economic indexes of sintering.Through the construction of the second material yard and the direct allocation system,the above problems are solved,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
