摘要
介绍了天津天铁冶金集团炼铁厂360 m^2烧结机烟气干法脱硫除尘装置的技术原理、工艺特点和优势,与湿法脱硫工艺进行了对比。该装置脱硫及除尘效果良好,经过脱硫后排放的烟气SO_2浓度在20 mg/Nm^3以内,脱硫效率达到97%以上,出口粉尘排放浓度达到10 mg/Nm^3以内。
This paper introduces the technical principle,characteristics and advantages of dry flue gas desulphurization and dedusting device of 360 m^2 sintering machine in Iron making Plant of Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group,and compares it with wet desulphurization process.The desulfurization and dust removal effect of the device is good.The SO2 concentration of flue gas discharged after desulfurization is within 20 mg/Nm^3,the desulfurization efficiency is over 97%,and the concentration of dust discharged from the outlet is less than 10 mg/Nm^3.Key words:dry desulfurization,sulfur dioxide,emission,concentration,dust,flue gas,sintering.
