摘要
利用EBHES^(TM)钢结构高密度沉淀池中试装置对苏州市田朗港河道河水进行处理,通过做不同进水量负荷试验、混凝剂投加量梯度试验及絮凝剂投加量梯度试验,探究该中试装置处理河道水的最优运行条件,即当进水量为60 m^3/h,纯FeCl_3投加量为30 mg/L,PAM投加量为0.5 mg/L时,此工况条件下处理效果最好,出水SS、TP、COD_(cr)低至在5 mg/L、0.058 mg/L、11 mg/L,去除率分别能达到82%、57%、67%,为EBHES^(TM)高密度沉淀池技术大规模应用于河道水处理领域提供了较好的基础研究。
The EBHES^TM high efficiency sedimentation tank pilot plant was used to treat the river water of Tianlanggang Port in Suzhou City.The optimal operating conditions of the pilot plant for treating the river water were explored through the load test of different influent flowrate,different coagulant dosage and different flocculant dosage.When30mg/L FeCl3and0.5mg/L PAM are applied,the best treatment effect is reached.The effluent SS,TP and CODcr are as low as5mg/L,0.058mg/L and11mg/L.The removal efficiency can reach82%,57%and67%respectively,which provides a good basic research for large-scale application of EBHES^TM high efficiency sedimentation tank technology in river water treatment.
