化学化工大学生创新中心模式与内容的思考

Reflection on the Mode and Content of the Innovation Center for College Student of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering

创新是发展的灵魂,无论是企业还是学校。本文以我校化学化工学院大学生创新训练中心为依托,介绍我校的经验。从创新中心的师资条件与网络条件、指导思想、建设思路、建设目标、建设内容、运行与管理机制和已取得的成绩等方面,开展创新中心模式与内容的思考,为我校创新人才培养,树立标杆。

Innovation is the soul of development,both in business and in schools.Based on the innovation training center of the college of chemical chemistry and chemical engineering,this paper introduces the experience of our school.The mode and content of the innovation center should be considered from the aspects of the teaching and network conditions,guiding ideology,construction idea,construction target,construction content,operation and management mechanism and achievements of the innovation center,so as to set a benchmark for the cultivation of innovative talents in our university.
