本着以素质教育为本的实验教学理念下,我校科研机构现打造一支优质的学生助理工作服务团队,让他们参与到科研机构相关部门的辅助性工作中。这不仅能缓解实验室与办公室部门工作量大、工作繁重和人力资源不足等压力,而且让学生在接受素质教育的同时,能够参与到社会实践活动,得到自身能力锻炼与提高。高校鼓励学生参与到学校部门的工作中已成为我国高校教育管理的一种趋势。科研机构既能实现"以人为本"教学理念,又能不断建设与完善学生助理制度,一同创造科研机构与学生助理个人成长的"双赢"的局面。

Based on the concept of quality education-oriented experimental teaching,our university scientific research institutions are to create a high-quality student assistant service team,so that they can participate in the relevant departments of scientific research institutions in the ancillary work.It not only relieves the pressure of heavy workload,heavy work and lack of human resources in laboratory and office departments,but also enables students to participate in social practice activities and improve their own ability while receiving quality education.It has become a trend for colleges and universities to encourage students to participate in the work of school departments.Scientific research institutions in the realization of the“people-oriented”teaching philosophy at the same time continue to build and improve the student assistant system to achieve scientific research institutions and student assistant personal growth“win-win”situation.
