摘要
本研究合成了水性木器封闭底漆用阳离子丙烯酸乳液,测试了产物在实木上的封闭性能。以T-15为乳化剂,纳米硅溶胶CC-301为助乳化剂,TO-10为非离子乳化剂,V50为引发剂,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合方法合成阳离子丙烯酸乳液,通过引入甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯和丙烯酸六氟丁酯等功能单体参与共聚。所得的阳离子乳液粒径小、分布窄,润湿、渗透性好,对单宁酸的封闭性优异。
The study on Synthesis of waterborne wood primer with cationic acrylic emulsion,sealing performance of the product in wood on the test.Using T-15 as emulsifier,nano silica sol CC-301 as assistant emulsifier,TO-10 as nonionic emulsifier,V50 as initiator by pre emulsified semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization method for the synthesis of cationic acrylic emulsion,by introducing DMAEMA and HFBA as functional monomer in copolymer.The cationic emulsion has small particle size,narrow distribution,good wetting and permeability and excellent sealing ability to tannic acid.
