摘要
以某型号汽车水泵为研究对象,对出现泄漏故障的水泵进行了分析,发现水泵蜗壳毛坯砂眼和水泵蜗壳出水口处裂纹是导致其泄漏的2个主要原因,对这2个引起泄漏的主要原因进行了分析,提出了对水泵蜗壳毛坯铸造的改进方案,并重新设计制造了气密性试验台,又对夹辅方法进行了多次改进优化,确保了试验检测的准确性。经过产品的批量生产验证,该水泵类似泄漏故障消除。
Taking a certain type of automotive pump as the research object, the leakage failure of the pump was analyzed. It was found that the main causes of leakage were sand holes in the blank of the pump volute and cracks at the outlet of the pump volute. The two main causes of leakage were analyzed, and the improvement scheme for casting the blank of the pump volute was put forward. Seal test rig was redesigned and manufactured, and auxiliary method was improved and optimized many times to ensure the accuracy of test and detection. After the product batch production verification, similar leakage failures of the pump were eliminated.
