摘要 为了提高用户对购买汽车的满意度,汽车制造厂会在产品开发后期投放市场之前对汽车进行主观评价,以便及时发现问题进行设变以提升品质。因此建立一套规范、完善、有效的汽车主观评价方法就显得尤为重要。该文从静态和动态两方面对评价条目和方法进行了规范要求,使评价结果的规范性和一致性得到保证,最终形成一套较完整的汽车商品性主观评价方法以指导日常评价工作的开展。 In order to improve users'satisfaction with the purchase of automobiles,automobile manufacturers will make subjective evaluations of automobiles before they are put on the market at the later stage of product development so as to find problems and make changes in time to improve quality.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a set of standardized and effective subjective evaluation methods for automobiles.This paper standardizes the evaluation items and methods from both static and dynamic aspects to ensure the standardization and consistency of the evaluation results,and forms a set of relatively complete subjective evaluation methods of automobile commodity to guide the daily evaluation work.
