摘要 针对某换流变电站550 kV罐式断路器全电压耐压试验存在的耐压值高、现场环境复杂等问题,提出了优化设备摆放位置及耐压顺序、屏蔽金属尖端、优化试验设备匹配等解决方案。在不拆除隔离开关、接地刀闸的前提下完成了550 kV罐式断路器的全电压耐压试验,解决了现场金属尖端周围电场不均易造成空气击穿,现场电晕过大造成试验品质因数低等问题。 For the full voltage withstand test for550kV tank circuit breaker in some converter station,problems such as high withstand voltage and complex on-site environment existed.Solutions such as optimizing the pressure position and pressure sequence,shielding the metal tip,and optimizing the test equipment matching were proposed.The full voltage withstand voltage test for the550kV tank circuit breaker was completed without removing the isolation switch and the grounding knife,which solved the problems of insufficient electric field around the metal tip of the field,which could easily cause air breakdown,and excessive corona,which could easily cause low test quality factor.
