摘要
内蒙古超高压供电局500 kV永圣域变电站5022 L1相LW13-550型SF6断路器发生放电事故。分析认为,断路器罐体内壁直径偏小,绝缘裕度小,进入断路器罐体的金属微粒在电场作用下被极化,在电场及气流变化的影响下聚集在罐体底部,当电网偶然产生过电压时,引发了放电事故。为此,采取在断路器罐体上增设粒子捕捉器、优化静主触头结构、增大断路器罐体内壁直径、将灭弧室静侧屏蔽罩改为整体式结构等措施,改造后断路器运行良好,再未发生放电事故。
Discharge of a LW13-550SF6circuit breaker of L1phase in500kV Yongshengyu substation affiliated to Inner Mongolia EHV Power Supply Bureau occured.This accident has been analyzed and the main reasons are as follows:the diameter of tank of the breaker is small and its insulation margin is low;besides,metallic particles are easily polarized when they come into the tank of the breaker;so,with the influence of electric field and air flow,these metallic particles are easily gathered in the bottom of the tank,and with a overvoltage,discharge is very likely happen.To solve the problem,measurements are proposed,including mounting particle catcher,optimizing structure of static contact,enlarging diameter of the tank and changing the structure of shielding cover,and after adopting this improvements,the discharge are inhibited effectively.
