摘要
某500 kV变电站35 kV电抗器发生绕组匝间短路故障,通过分析保护动作情况以及现场高压试验结果,确定故障原因为电抗器局部绕组匝间发生短路击穿,暴露出设备在制造过程中存在制造工艺不良的问题,属于家族性缺陷。针对在运并联电抗器出现的本体放电击穿、匝间短路、烧毁等故障,对同批次同类设备进行了精确状态评价,对存在隐患的设备进行了更换。同时提出需进一步加强干式电抗器的出厂监造和验收工作,在运行中开展干式电抗器有效带电监测方法,设备选型方面尽量选用换位导线式干式电抗器等建议。
A35kV reactor in a500kV substation had a short circuit fault between windings.The protection action and the field high voltage test results showed that the fault was caused by the short circuit breakdown between local windings of the reactor,which exposed the family defect of poor manufacturing technology in the equipment manufacturing process.Aiming at the frequent occurrence of body discharge breakdown,turn-to-turn short circuit and burnout of shunt reactor,the exact state evaluation of the same batch of similar equipment was carried out,and the equipment with hidden troubles was replaced.What's more,put forward to further strengthen the factory supervision and acceptance of dry-type reactor,carry out effective live-line monitoring method of dry-type reactor in operation,and choose transposed conductor dry-type reactor as far as possible in equipment selection.
