摘要 分析了高压开关柜易发生的短路、绝缘件受潮及表面脏污、电气安全距离小、高压设备对绝缘挡板放电、母排对套管放电、安装施工工艺不良等问题造成的绝缘故障,并提出清除开关柜污秽物、封堵间隙等开关柜绝缘处理措施。通过处理后,实际运行效果表明,开关柜设备运行稳定。 The insulation faults caused by short circuit,damp and dirty surface of insulators,small electrical safety distance,discharge of insulating baffle by high voltage equipment,discharge of bushing by poor installation and construction technology of high voltage switchgear cabinet were analyzed and summarized.The insulation treatment measures for switchgear cabinet such as removing contaminants and closing gap were put forward.The actual operation results showed that the switchgear operation was stable through the treatment.
