摘要
随着柴油质量升级,柴油加氢装置原料中二次油掺入比例要求越来越苛刻,洛阳石化为了确保柴油产品质量,对催化剂进行了更换,本文对换剂后装置运行状况进行了分析,结果表明:当原料密度超过854kg/m^3,精制柴油密度易大于845kg/m^3;当原料中催化柴油掺入比例大于13.5%,精制柴油中多环芳烃易大于7%。
With the upgrading of diesel quality,the proportion of secondary operation oil blending in feedstock of diesel hydrogenation unit is becoming more and more stringent.In order to ensure the replacement of the catalyst in the quality of diesel products,Luoyang petrochemical company has analyzed the unit operation after the catalyst replacement.The results show that when the density of raw materials exceeds854kg/m^3,the density of refined diesel is easy to exceed845kg/m^3;when the proportion of FCC diesel blended into raw materials is more than13.5%,The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons of refined diesel is easy to exceed7%.
