摘要 多种心血管疾病如高血压、充血性心力衰竭以及心房颤动等都与衰老相关,而这些疾病常伴有心肌纤维化的发生,提示衰老与心肌纤维化密切相关。衰老过程中发生心肌纤维化,是心脏老化的一个重要特征,可导致心肌结构紊乱、僵硬度增加、心脏顺应性和心肌舒缩功能下降等。目前衰老致心肌纤维化作用及其具体机制尚未完全阐明,研究发现可能与肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、转化生长因子β_1、基质金属蛋白酶与金属蛋白酶组织抑制物、活性氧类、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1、C型利钠肽等有关。 Many cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation are related to aging.These diseases are often accompanied by the occurrence of myocardial fibrosis,suggesting that aging is closely related to myocardial fibrosis.Myocardial fibrosis is an important feature of cardiac aging,which can lead to structural disorders of the heart muscle,increased stiffness,decreased cardiac compliance,and decreased myocardial systolic and diastolic function.However,the mechanism of myocardial fibrosis induced by aging and its specific mechanisms have not yet been fully elucidated.Studies showed that it may relate to renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,transforming growth factor-β1,matrix metalloproteinases as well as tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases,reactive oxygen species,plasminogen activator inhibitor 1,and C-type natriuretic peptide.
