Corin与心血管疾病研究进展

摘要 Corin是在心脏中高表达的丝氨酸蛋白酶,可抑制利钠肽系统的调节及肾素-血管紧张素系统,起到降低血压,抗心肌肥厚及改善心功能等生物学功能。细胞中Corin以无活性单链酶原形式存在,在激活位点被切割成3种可溶性片段而发挥生物学功能,可应用酶联免疫吸附剂实验方法检测出血浆Corin。Corin与心血管疾病(高血压、冠心病及心力衰竭等)的发生发展及预后存在显著相关性,可作为心血管疾病新的生物标志物。目前,Corin与心血管疾病的相关性研究仍处在基础研究阶段,缺乏临床大样本研究。 Corin is a highly expressed serine protease in heart.It plays a biological role in lowering blood pressure,anti-myocardial hypertrophy and improving cardiac function by regulating the natriuretic peptide system and inhibiting the renin-angiotensin system.Corin exists in the form of inactive single chain enzyme in cells.It needs to be cut into three soluble fragments at the activation sites to play a biological function,and the plasma Corin can be detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Corin has a significant correlation with the occurrence,development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases(hypertension,coronary heart disease,heart failure,etc.),so it can be used as a new biomarker of cardiovascular diseases.But now the research on the correlation between Corin and cardiovascular diseases is still focused on basic research and lacks large clinical samples.
