Research Progress on Factors Affecting Female Infertility

不孕症是育龄期妇女常见疾病之一,分为原发性及继发性。引起女性不孕症的因素繁多,其中以生殖系统相关病变为主。子宫病变和卵巢病变在原发性不孕症中较为常见,而输卵管性不孕是导致继发性不孕症的首要因素。遗传和环境因素也参与女性不孕的发生。机体免疫功能异常及社会-心理-精神因素对不孕症也有明显影响。此外,文化水平、受孕年龄等也在一定程度上影响女性不孕症的发生。但有关子宫占位性病变、免疫因素等导致不孕的具体机制尚待进一步研究。

Infertility is one of the common diseases in women of childbearing age and can be divided into primary infertility and secondary infertility.There are many factors causing female infertility,and the main is reproductive system-related diseases.Uterine and ovarian lesions are common in primary infertility,and tubal infertility is the primary cause of secondary infertility.Genetic and environmental factors also play roles in the female infertility.The body immune function abnormality and socio-psycho-spiritual factors also have obvious influence on infertility.In addition,education level and conception age also affect the occurrence of female infertility to some extent.However,the specific mechanisms of infertility caused by uterine occupying lesions and immune factors still need be further studied.
