Relationship between PID-5 Personality Questionnaire and Big Five Model and Its Application

世界上广泛应用的人格障碍诊断问卷为人格障碍诊断问卷第2版(SCID-Ⅱ)及人格诊断问卷第4版,基于美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版(DSM-5)第三部分人格障碍维度特质模型的DSM-5人格问卷(PID-5)与大五模型密切相关。国际上对该问卷进行了广泛的应用研究,并显示出良好的信度和效度。但此问卷题目数量繁杂、某些特质归属有争议,问卷缺少参照常模,需要进一步修订优化。此问卷具有未来人格障碍诊断向维度模型靠拢的趋势。

Nowadays,the widespread personality disorder diagnosis questionnaires are Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-4 Axis-Ⅱ(SCID-Ⅱ)and Personality Diagnostic Qestionaire-4.Based on the diagnostic model of personality dimensions and traits of the third part of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition(DSM-5),Personality Inventory for DSM-5(PID-5)has been made.Its establishment is closely related to the Big Five personality traits.This questionnaire has been widely researched and applied internationally,proving its good reliability and validity.However,in the future,further revision as well as simplification are needed because of its prolix questions,controversies on attribution of certain characteristics and the lacking of reference norms.This questionnaire represents the trend of future personality disorder diagnosis towards dimensional model.
