Research Status of Surgical Procedures for Anal Fistula

肛瘘是肛肠科常见疾病,目前国内外治疗肛瘘的常用手术方法均存在一定复发风险和肛门功能障碍等问题,可引起术后(如大便失禁等)并发症,对患者健康造成不良影响。随着肛肠科手术技术的不断进步,现已探索出例如自体脂肪(干细胞)移植、激光射频瘘管关闭术、黏膜下瘘管结扎术、内镜夹瘘管闭合术、PERFACT程序等新的手术方式,新技术的进步对提高肛瘘手术治疗效果及减少并发症的发生起到积极作用。

Anal fistula is a common disease in anorectal department.At present,there are some recurrence risks and anal dysfunction problems in the common surgical methods for anal fistula at home and abroad,which can cause postoperative complications(such as fecal incontinence)and have adverse effects on the health of the patients.With the continuous development of anorectal surgery,new surgical methods such as autologous fat(stem cell)transplantation,laser-assisted closure of fistula,ligation of submucosal fistula,endoscopic fistula clip closure,and PERFACT procedure,have been explored.Advances in new techniques can improve the therapeutic effect of anal fistula surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.
