喜炎平联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗轮状病毒性肠炎伴心肌损伤的效果及对免疫功能、血清炎症因子水平的影响

Efficacy of Xiyanping combined with creatine phosphate sodium on children patients with rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial injury and its effects on immune function and serum inflammatory factors levels

目的:研究喜炎平联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗轮状病毒性肠炎(RE)伴心肌损伤患儿的效果及对免疫功能、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选择我院2015年12月到2017年12月诊治轮状病毒性肠炎伴心肌损伤患儿60例,随机分为2组。两组患儿给予常规退热、止吐、纠正水及电解质平衡治疗,对照组在此基础上采用磷酸肌酸钠静脉滴注,1次/d;观察组在对照组基础上给予喜炎平静脉滴注,1次/d;两组均用药7d为一个疗程。统计两组患儿疗效,检测两组患儿治疗前后免疫球蛋白Ig A、Ig M水平及炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,观察组Ig A、Ig M上升更明显,IL-6、hs-CRP下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:喜炎平联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗粒轮状病毒性肠炎伴心肌损伤患儿可提高免疫力,减轻炎症反应。

Objective:To study the efficacy of Xiyanping combined with creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of children patients with rotavirus enteritis(RE)complicated with myocardial injury and its effects on immune function and serum inflammatory factors levels.Methods:60cases of patients with RE and myocardial injury from December2015to December2017in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The two groups were given conventional treatments of antipyretic,antiemetic and corrected water and electrolyte balance.The control group was given intravenous infusion of creatine phosphate sodium once a day,and the observation group was given intravenous infusion of Xiyanping once a day on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated with a course of7days.The efficacy of the two groups was counted,and the levels of immunoglobulin IgA and IgM,and inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were detected in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with control group,the effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group(P<0.05);the increases of IgA and IgM were higher and the decreases of IL-6and hs-CRP were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xiyanping combined with creatine phosphate sodium can improve immunity and reduce inflammatory reaction in children patients with rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial injury.
