冠心病患者血尿酸水平与冠脉造影评分的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血尿酸水平与冠脉造影的关系。方法:选择155例行冠脉造影患者,根据冠脉造影检查是否为冠心病分为对照组(76例,正常健康者)与观察组(79例,冠心病者),比较两组血尿酸水平。结果:观察组患者的血尿酸水平高于对照组(P <0. 05),冠脉造影评分2分、3分的血尿酸水平均高于1分者(P <0. 05),冠脉造影2分与3分患者的血尿酸水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:冠心病患者的血尿酸水平较高,且与冠状动脉狭窄程度相关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid levels and coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:155patients who underwent coronary angiography were chosen and divided into the control group(76cases)and the observation group(79cases)according to whether coronary angiography showed coronary heart disease or not,with the serum uric acid levels compared between the two groups.Results:The serum uric acid level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum uric acid in patients with coronary angiography whose scores were2and3were higher than those with score1(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in serum uric acid levels in patients with coronary angiography whose scores were between2and3(P>0.05).Conclusion:The hyperuricemia level was higher in patients with coronary heart disease,which is related to the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
