p16蛋白在宫颈癌中的临床表达及意义

Clinical expression and significance of p16 protein in cervical cancer

目的:探究p16蛋白在宫颈癌中的临床表达及意义。方法:选择105例宫颈癌患者和78例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者,选取择同期75例正常人群,采用免疫组化技术检测三组人群的p16蛋白的表达情况。结果:宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白阳性表达率高于CIN组织(P <0. 05),CIN组织中p16蛋白阳性表达率高于正常组织(P <0. 05);在CINⅡ级、CINⅢ级和宫颈癌共157例患者中,p16蛋白检测的准确率为80. 89%。结论:p16蛋白的阳性表达率随着宫颈病变级别的升高而增加,且p16蛋白在诊断宫颈高度病变中准确率高,可用于宫颈病变的早期筛查。

Objective:To explore the clinical expression and significance of p16protein in cervical cancer.Methods:105patients with cervical cancer and78patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)were chosen.75normal people during the same period were chosen.The expression of p16protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive expression rate of p16protein in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in CIN tissues(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate of p16protein in CIN tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).The accuracy of p16protein detection was80.89%in157patients with high cervical lesions(CINⅡ,CINⅢand cervical cancer).Conclusion:The positive expression rate of p16protein increases with the grade of cervical lesions,and p16protein has high accuracy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions,which can be used for early screening of cervical lesions.
