院内外一体化急救在急性上消化道出血患者救治中的应用

Application of Integrated First Aid in Hospital and Outside in The Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的:探讨院内外一体化急救在急性上消化道出血患者救治中的应用及其效果。方法:选取深圳急救中心在2015年1月～2017年12月期间急诊收治的急性上消化道出血患者110例,列为观察组,深圳急救中心为这些患者提供院内外一体化急救,同时选取2015年以前入院进行急救的上消化道出血患者110例,列为对照组,采用常规的急救治疗措施,比较两组患者的救治结果。结果:观察组患者显效92例,有效10例,无效5例,死亡3例,急救有效率为92. 7%,死亡率为2. 7%,对照组患者最终有42例显效,31例有效,15例无效和17例死亡,急救有效率为70. 9%,比观察组患者低(P <0. 05);死亡率为15. 5%,比观察组患者高(P <0. 05)。结论:针对急性上消化道出血患者开展的急救措施中积极应用院内外一体化急救,效果显著,能够大大地缩短患者在诊断环节、转运环节以及治疗环节的时间,提高抢救率,因此具有较高的急救临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application and effect of integrated first aid inside and outside the hospital in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Method:From January2015to December2017,110patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected as the observation group,and the Shenzhen120Emergency Center was selected as the observation group.The Center provided in-hospital and out-hospital integrated first aid for these patients.At the same time,110patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to hospital before the year2015were selected as the control group.The results of treatment were compared between the two groups.Relust:In the observation group,there were92cases that had remarkable effects,10cases were effective,5cases were ineffective,3cases were death,the effective rate of first aid was92.7and the mortality was2.7%.In the control group,there were42cases that were effective,31cases were effective,15cases were failures and17cases were death.The effective rate of emergency treatment was70.9,which was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05),and the mortality was15.5%,which was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the first aid measures for patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,the application of in-hospital and out-hospital integrated first aid is very effective,which can greatly shorten the time of diagnosis,transportation and treatment,and improve the rescue rate.Therefore,it has high clinical application value.
