摘要 供水管线隐患排查工作具有排查范围广、目标隐蔽性高、参与人员众多、数据处理环节多,项目工期紧等综合特征,仅采用传统的纸质作业模式或一般通用的办公软件进行作业,易导致隐患排查工作存在效率低下、进度不可控、数据失真等问题。本文针对广州中心城区供水管线隐患排查工作的实际情况,创新性地提出流程化、规范化及监督可视化的工作思路,利用先进的智能移动手机、平板等为硬件载体,运用项目管理、4G通讯、数据可视化、地理信息系统(GIS)、位置服务(LBS)、工作流等关键技术构建隐患排查一体化作业平台。从调查任务的在线派发、移动数据采集、过程监督、作业统计到调查管段的自动隐患级别评估及隐患排查成果管理,在应用上实现排查工作的全过程监控,有效地提高工作效率及降低作业成本。 The hidden dangers detection in water supply pipelines has the comprehensive characteristics,such as wider geographical area,higher conceal property,larger numbers of participants,more data processing links and limited project schedule.The manual approach such as traditional paper operation or general office software mode easily results in low efficiency,uncontrollable progress and data distortion.this paper in view of the actual situation of hidden dangers detection in water supply pipelines in central urban area of Guangzhou,using advanced smart mobile phones and tablets as hardware carriers,based on the key technologies such as project management,4G communication,data visualization,geographic information system(GIS),Location-Based Services(LBS),workflow to build an integrated operation platform for hidden danger detection in urban water supply pipelines.It provides a foundation for process monitoring to the detection works,including the on-line task dispatch,mobile data collection,process supervision,operation statistics,automatic assessment of hidden danger level and analysis results management.It is shown by application in Guangzhou that this integrated operation platform possesses higher work efficiency and lower operation cost.
