众所周知,行业内CCTV在管道内检测中的应用,单次检测最长距离不超过200m,200m的单次检测极限,对于重力管的检测已足够,但对于检查井较少的压力管道,200m的单次检测距离,远远不够。基于此,通过CCTV在压力管中的检测突破近1000m的案例分析,总结长距离检测的技术要点及存在的问题。

It is well known that the application of Close Circuit Television Inspection in the industry in pipeline inspection,the maximum distance of single detection is no more than200meters,and the limit of single detection of200meters is enough for the detection of gravity pipe,but the single detection distance of200meters is far from enough for the pressure pipe with few inspection Wells.Based on this,through the case analysis of Close Circuit Television Inspection's detection in the pressure pipe that broke through900meters,the technical points and existing problems of long-distance detection were summarized.
